Here Are Some Frequently Asked Questions

The primary difference between Hemp Oil & CBD Oil is where the oil itself is derived from the hemp plant. Hemp Oil is derived from the seeds of the hemp plant only. CBD Oil is derived from the stalk, stems, leaves or flowers of industrial hemp plants.

One of the questions that often comes up is, what is the difference between cannabis, industrial hemp, and marijuana? Think of it this way. Cannabis Sativa L is the family. Then under that family, there are two groupings. Marijuana Cannabis and Industrial Hemp cannabis are the sub-groups under Cannabis Sativa L. Of those, marijuana is known to be high in TCH content and Industrial Hemp is very low in TCH. CBD Oils derived from either source is the same and non-psychoactive.

What is Hemp oil?

Hemp seed oil, or hemp oil, is derived from the seeds of the hemp plant. Hemp seed oil (or hemp oil) does not contain oils derived from the stalk, leaves, stems, or flowers of the hemp plant.

Where the confusion is sometimes found is with hemp’s relative, marijuana. Marijuana is legal in many states at a recreational & medicinal level; however, it is not legal at the federal level. Therefore, it is not legal to ship marijuana across state borders.

How much CBD Oil you should take is an important question, but one that is difficult to answer. The recommended dosage of CBD Oil is different for every person depending on your unique situation.
